The Presizing tool has been improved (works on several years)
New tool for an overview of the sizing issues (parametric diagrams)
Battery simulation treats all kinds of losses as defined for the Grid systems.
User’s needs management deeply modernized.(namely domestic uses with time of use for each appliance)
  2. 3D Shading tool management:
New algorithm for the shading factor calculation.
=> Calculation time drastically reduced (by factor of 20)
Import a ground image (google, architect plan, etc) as “background template” for the development of the scene.
Drawing of objects with the mouse, directly in the scene (useful namely with ground image)
Smart tool for the displacement of objects
New objects: domes (opposite sheds), Wind turbines, etc
The shading effect may be desabled for chosen objects.
Inversely, the ground objects may be specified as throwing shades
The Shading factor calculation for a partial sub-system has been improved.
  3. System (sheds) optimization tool:
Reworked the dialog, with a viewer integrated into a single window,
    Generic parameter selection
Sketches to visualize selection range and the calculation progression
Scans of Tilt and Azimuth are now possible for all types of orientations (except tracking).
    The Help has been developed.

  1. Numerous errors fixed thanks to the Error reporting tool which allows to send
deteiled reports of your errors to our support team.
  2. Use with Windows XP difficult due to lack of Microsoft maintenance:
Namely Meteonorm 7.1 requires .NET 4.5, not suported by Win XP.
=> Syntheric generation (normally managed by Meteonorm) has to switch
    to the old generation
