When starting PVsyst for the first time, a user data structure is created or imported. It is called a workspace.

The default location is: C:\Users\<username>\PVsyst7.0_Data

Workspace

It contains every data created through PVsyst by the user: projects, PV components,...

 

The workspace can be easily managed:

•create a new one,

•import an existing one,

•export the current one (backup),

•switch to another one.

 

PV components you have defined can also be managed:

•import external elements,

•export to an external directory.
