Log and configuration files

Log files are used to track the program's main actions and store certain error messages. They are saved in this directory:

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PVsystBasic\1.0\Admin

This folder also contains a file with PVsystBasic settings: PVsystBasic.ini

Exporting Log and Configuration Files

Log files are intended solely for debugging purposes. In the event of a persistent error, we recommend sending these files to the PVsystBasic team, along with a description of the problem. See the Contact Us section.

You can retrieve the log files from the File -> Export Logs menu on the main screen. Specify an export folder, and a ZIP file containing the log and configuration files will be created.
